Charles Patrick Chieffo II, 26, was stopped near E. Moorestown Road and Sullivan Trail in Wind Gap as officers found that his registration was expired around 4:30 p.m. on August 25, Slate Belt Regional Police said.

After failing to provide registration and insurance information, Chieffo was found to have a suspended license and an active warrant out of Monroe County, police said.

A search of Chieffo’s backpack turned up an unspecified quantity of methamphetamine and several pieces of paraphernalia, police said.
